Our client is one of the leading NBFC companies expanding its international business group

ROLE - Assistant Vice President – IBG (International Business Group)

Reports to Head – International Business

Reportees - 2 employees at Manager level / Officer level

PREFERRED PROFILE:

- 10-12 years of experience, of which the last 4-5 years should be in the Business Development space – mid-cap companies

- Experience should be a mix of origination and execution

- Should have a good understanding of finance and should be able to analyse the client, client’s requirement intelligently and suggest solutions

- Should have experience in execution of non-debt transactions like PE / M&A

Brief description about the role / candidate requirements:

- Will have business development target of about 5-7 cr in the International Business group which includes debt and non-debt transactions
