AVP - Securities Operations

Looking for experienced Securities Operations (Investment Banking Operations) professionals.

Experience:

- Minimum 9+ years of work experience required

- Willing to work in Shifts

- Should have handled a team sizes of 20+

- Should preferably have knowledge of Trade life cycle, Custody Operations, Corporate Actions etc..

- Should be able effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders to provide seamless services to the customer.

Qualification – Any Graduate

Job Responsibilites:

- Oversight of daily activities from a completeness, turnaround and accuracy perspective

- Manage first level people managers

- Have regular monitoring sessions with the team

- Maintain and manage Client Relationships with Onshore stakeholders

- Participate in weekly / monthly calls with Onshore

- Respond to escalations and take corrective action

- Monitoring of performance metrics and KPIs on a regular basis

- Background with Investment Banking Operations, Settlements, Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Trade Life Cycle Management, Trade Operations, Fund Accounting etc…
