Job Summary:
The Assistant Vice President of Student Success and Growth is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to support student success and growth across all international partners. This includes developing and implementing programs, services, and initiatives that promote student engagement, retention, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive student success and growth strategy that aligns with the institution's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education administration, with a focus on student success and growth.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to support student engagement, retention, and academic success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
