About our Client - Our client is a Leading Financial Services firm with global operations. They have been rated as the best employee to work for in the Financial Services Industry. With their operations rapidly growing PAN India, they are looking for an experienced Internal Controller for their Financial Reporting team.

Job Description - Reporting into a Director - Finance and leading a team of qualified professionals, your key responsibilities would include:

- Identifying and documenting key SOX controls within the processes.|

- Mitigate Financial Reporting risk|

- Support the transition of key controls to the process and control owners within the organization. |

- Defining key financial reporting risks, controls, and tests to ensure adequate internal controls over financial reporting|

- Providing Subject Matter Expertise for financial reporting risk for financial operations|

The Successful Candidate - The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant/MBA with at least 6 years of post qualification experience in various Finance, Risk, Control, Audit or Business/Operations functions. BIG 4 Internal Audit Manager would be highly prefered. You must have a knowledge of SOX and COSO framework. Experience in public accounting/ internal audit/ Sox compliance or related field is preferable.
