- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance.

- Clear, concise and persuasive written and verbal communication

- 7-10 years of which 3-4 years in managing large SOX / IC mandates

- Detailed knowledge of Internal Control Framework

- Knowledge of SOX framework

- Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle

- Operational mindset

- Must have understanding and mind of design thinking

- Large team management skills
