Role : - AVP - Internal Audit & Risk Management

Location : - Delhi NCR

Responsible for heading and managing the Enterprise Risk Management function in India . Also responsible to implement SOX in all non-US acquisitions of the organisation.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the India Annual Risk Assessment. Finalize/review the annual audit plan for the Organisation and agree with all stakeholders

- Update Risk assessment and the audit plan on six monthly basis to incorporate emerging risks.

- Review engagement scope with business leaders and team.

- Ensuring internal audits are conducted as per the plan, agree findings with stakeholders, prepare remediation plan and issue final report to appropriate stakeholders

- Lead the Global SOX implementing for all acquisitions of the organisation. Manage end to end project and stakeholders relationship.

- Review and test annual Sox compliance for India & Non US Entities

- Lead other adhoc audits, Investigations, Management/Consulting reviews and provide management reports and updates.

- Vendor audits ( Organisation to audit all vendors providing services to ensure adherence to organisation's standard)

- Oversee policies and procedure review for the Organisation

- Hire, Develop, Mentor, motivate and retain the team.

Required Skill Sets / Education & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of Internal audit and Risk Management experience with 2-3 years experience in banking or financial services. Initial experience with a Big 4 firm and then with a large multi-national in IT/ITES or financial services domain.

Skills Required:

- Enterprise Risk Management Implementation

- End to End SOX 404 Implementation experience

- Annual Risk Assessment and Planning

- Internal Audit, Process Review, Control Risk Assessment, SOP designing etc.

- Excellent People Management skills

- Strong knowledge & understanding of internal auditing standards/ techniques as well as general accounting methods, principles and practices.

- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
