- Spearhead internal audit program covering all loan disbursal credit assessment (pre and post)

- Presenting audit report to management once in a month and to board once in a quarter

- Interacting with statutory auditors

- Pre-sanction audit of loan proposals

- Audit of loan accounts - post-disbursal

- Process audits of all functions

- Audit of credit procedures and accounting

- Quarterly internal audit of accounts & finance dept

Compliances :

- Audit of all applicable regulatory compliances

- CIBIL Reporting policy and process

Risk Management :

- Policy making, execution and monitoring

- Risk analysis of business risk and credit risk

- Implementation of Enterprise Risk Management
