AVP - Internal Audit - CA - NBFC

We have a job opening with one of our client i.e. one of the Non-banking Financial Company.

They are looking for AVP - Internal Audit to be based out in Delhi/NCR.

Job Description :

To support and assist the Internal Audit Head in driving Internal Audits of various functions of both the companies and the validations of ATRs

- To facilitate and support Audit Head for implementation and conduct of Internal Financial Controls for both companies.

- To lead the Company system Audit

- To facilitate and support Audit Head for all the new initiatives, e.g., any special audits required to be conducted in view of changing partner / new processes /new systems / Management Audit etc.

- To facilitate the Corporate Card documentation Audit and validations of the ATRs

- To support Audit Head in reviewing the Process Note and the Risk metrics for both the companies

- To front end Auditors and act as bridge between Functional Leaders and Internal Auditors.

- To support Audit Head in preparing Audit Plan / scope for the year

- To review and monitor the audits being done by auditors . Ensuring preparation of regular reports for the audit committee/board of directors

- To support the Audit Head for identifying any potential leakages both on cost as well as revenue side.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 10-12 years post Qualification. 6-8 years of experience in Internal Audits only.
