Job Description - The job will require you to participate in all aspects of audit activities including risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, report drafting, follow-up and verification of issue closure. Additional responsibilities include:

- Evaluating, testing and reporting on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls

- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify trends

- Working with local, regional and global audit managers

- Staying abreast of local regulations and responding to regulator's inquiries on a timely basis

- Partnering with legal, compliance, risk management and other control groups

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA and must have 8+ years experience in a Big - 4 consultancy performing Audit for Banking and Financial services firms. You have a background in financial services and have good knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking as well as Capital Markets / Treasury space. You would need to have a good understanding of business strategy, plans, products, processes performance, risks and issues and communication of these to Audit Management via risk-based assessments. You show a willingness and capacity to learn on the job with the view of medium term progression further within both Internal Audit and elsewhere in the bank. You display initiative and respond enthusiastically to tasks allocated, you also accept responsibility readily and demonstrate business professionalism. The ability to perform as a change agent is critical, as is being able to plan workloads effectively to ensure delivery to timescales. You are well presented and have exceptional communication skills.
