We have the following requirement - in Mumbai with leading global Clients
AVP - Institutional Sales ( Corporate Investment Advisory )
Role is to
1. Lead investor education initiatives aimed at the core segment of working employees at corporates across India
a. Build relationships/liaison with the HR teams of various existing corporate partners
b. Build relationships with the HR teams of new potential corporate partners and - crack- new corporates
c. Set up and manage calendar of workshops for partnered corporates- employees
d. Handle all branding/ collateral/ gifting development and deployment during sessions
e. Facilitate investor-advisor engagement by tracking and managing leads from attendees
f. Maintain inventory on leads and track derived business
2. Conceptualize and execute other employee engagement and captive in-corporate brand building programs with partnered corporates, such as advertising in internal journals/ intranet, digital engagements/ social media promotions, on-campus POS/ BTL and activation ideas
3. Create and deliver corporate presentations for engagement ideas on investor education on a regular basis- This may require frequent and regular travel out of Mumbai, across India (2-3 times per month)
4. Train company's employees on created presentations and/or manage outsourced training partners so that many more employees can deliver presentations to corporates across India
5. Engage with other marketing teams to deliver value to the business at any required moment
Other skills :
Good at relationship mgmt, Business dvpt and have a strong understanding of financial planning and investments with experience in direct/ institutional selling profiles preferred.
Will be responsible to expand the organisation's corporate investor education program to its fullest potential and reach out to corporates pan India. This person will be resp for financial planning & investments for corporate employees across India
MBA in marketing with 8 + yrs of exp from mutual fund houses, insurance, banking will be given preference / sales team from media / PR can also be considered.
Comp Range upto 20 lacs + variables
