AVP - Information Security Management System - Analytics Business

- End to end management of IS lifecycle

- Leading IS function independently

- Work and coordinate with key data custodians and governance groups in the development of information security policies, standards and procedures

- Compliance to various Data Privacy laws, e.g. GDPR, Indian IT Act, CCPA etc.

- Own BCP initiative under the purview of ISO standard

- Own SOC initiative ( Security Operations Centre)

- Maintain ISO27001 certification and keep upgrading on the same

- Leading a team of ISMS professionals

Profile :

Must Haves:

- Bachelors Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred

- 10+ years of experience, 4-6 years of people management responsibility

- Pure IS role, NOT looking for IT security/ Infra security/ Network security professionals/ individual involved only in auditing - internal or external

- ISO27001 Certification

- Knowledge of Data Privacy, GDPR regulations

- Have conducted information security review meetings with senior business leaders

- Excellent communication skills - written and oral

- Ability to work in a team, sharp business acumen with a result oriented and problem solving mindset

Good to Haves:

- Additional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
