AVP - Information Security & Control - Bank

About Our Client :

Our client is a leading global financial services institution. As part of expansion of their India Setup, they are looking for an experienced professional to lead their information security function based in Bangalore.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Head, you would be responsible for managing a team and some of your key responsibilities shall be to :

- Ensuring that updates are made to the security posture as cyber security threats change

- Supporting the development and implementation of new security controls

- Evaluating and adapting emerging information security solutions

- Provide security solutions in the form of design, development, deployment and support of security controls for:

a) Workstation and Server encryption, Physical access management

b) Enterprise key management/Public Key Infrastructure

c) Smart card based access management solutions

d) SharePoint Development and Quality Assurance of Cryptographic development efforts

- Proactively engage in building, delivering and supporting specific information security program capabilities

- Manage system capacity and availability as part of normal production and continuous monitoring activities, and ensure proper planning for growth to address present and emerging threats

The Successful Applicant :

- Engineering or related background with 11+ years information security technology management and/or related-business line experience that includes 5+ years management and/or leadership experience

- Prior Consulting and/or Banking and Financial services industry experience in leading teams in a large global delivery environment is critical

- Understanding of enterprise key management/PKI infrastructure components like Microsoft Certification Authority/Venafi, etc

- Expertise in enterprise data security platforms like Vormetric along with exposure to physical access control systems like Lenel, Tyco, etc

- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with exposure of managing global stakeholders
