Looking for a hiring a senior role in HR for a leading MNC company to head the HR activities.
- He will report into Head of HR and will be no.2 in the Hierarchy.
- He will be responsible for all the generalist functions like Formulating HR policies, Managing end to end performance management system, Compensation and Benefits, Career Management Programs,Succession Planning, Grievance Handling, Etc.
- Looking for people fro Tier I B-schools prefer from Shared Services or BPO's
Will be responsible to handle employee size of 2000+ employees
- Person should have experience of handling Talent Acquisition profile either in Corporate OR across any Line of Business OR equivalent span of control. { High manpower base preferred }.
- Should have exposure of handling a team . ( preferred, not mandatory ).
- Exposure of handling volume hiring through RPO.
- Should have handled Digital recruitment / Social media recruitment / Portal hiring.
- Should have exposure in analytics / social media analytics ( preferred ) in the field of recruitment.
- Good knowledge of latest HR practices
