Job Description : As the AVP of Human Resources (HR Head), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategy to support growth trajectory. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to create a positive and engaging work environment while developing and implementing initiatives that enhance our company culture, employee engagement, and recruitment efforts.

Description :
HR Strategy and Culture Building :
- Collaborate with the founders and senior leadership to formulate and implement an effective HR strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive company culture, reinforcing our core values and promoting employee engagement.
- Develop and implement programs and policies to strengthen employee morale, motivation, and retention.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment :
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Implement innovative recruitment techniques, including leveraging social media, networking events, and partnerships with universities and industry associations.
Employee Engagement and Development :
- Design and implement exciting employee engagement activities, events, and programs to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning them with business objectives.
- Create opportunities for career growth and advancement through performance management, mentorship, and coaching programs.
HR Operations and Compliance :
- Ensure HR operations run smoothly, overseeing processes such as payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS management.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to management and employees.
- Implement and enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Profile :
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably within Series A or B startups, with a focus on building and scaling HR functions
HR Expertise :
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
Culture and Leadership :
- Demonstrated ability to shape and nurture company culture and values.
- Experience in creating and implementing employee engagement activities, initiatives, and programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.

- Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with founders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overall company goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
