A leading Group into Facility Management and Security Services is looking for AVP- Human Resources
Candidate should possess 14 - 18 years experience of which 5-7 years in Facility Management at a Senior Role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and strengthen the Human Capital functions and ensure execution of policies and processes across all regions and accounts.
Support the Human Capital function to achieve the Human Capital functions strategic objectives,
Act as Change Agent in Managing Organizational Change initiatives relating to Human Capital related functions
Compliance with health and safety policy and procedures and risk assessments.
Design internal controls and monitor the efficiency of various operational areas to optimize resource utilization and minimize administrative cost.
Responsible for all statutory compliance, corporate governance, safety & environment management.
Track and monitor on need for vacancy/resources at PAN India level for all Grades/positions.
Responsible for recruitment authorization process
Identify potential resourcing solutions External recruitment/Consultant/Internal Move through Central Talent Acquisition team.
Sourcing/campaigns, Interviews, Terms and Conditions/Offer/On boarding, induction and follow through Employee Relations
Act as the second line of contact in Human Capital function for the regional business heads for any employee related issues involving employees between all levels.
Ensure that the seniors are made aware of any sensitive employee related issues that arise as appropriate
Support, develop and coach direct reportees across the regions at PAN India level to manage and strengthen Human Capital policies, procedures and best practice, resolving issues.
Build and maintain relationship with local Union representatives in respective regions wherever applicable.
Partner with Corporate Capability Building team to ensure 100% induction at all levels, Employee development programs
Work with business heads and Country Management team to ensure any salary revisions are aligned within new roles, Talent Mapping
Support, develop and coach regional Human Capital Administrators, with their personal and professional development, ensuring they are involved closely in Business operational challenges and work as a Business partner by ensuring desired results in timely Talent placements, 100% Induction, statutory compliances, employee retention, employee grievances etc.
Partner with key stakeholders within Regions and Corporate Human Capital Functions to ensure all Human Capital projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented at regional level/ account
