Role Overview:
As the Learning and Organizational Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Initiatives:
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
- Identify training gaps and design programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and engagement in learning initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve learning programs
Vendor Identification and Management:
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential training vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in driving learning and development initiatives, including vendor identification and management.
- Demonstrated success in structuring and implementing Organizational development programs.
- Experience in CSR initiatives, including collaboration with NGO partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Has worked in the BFSI sector (Start up experience is a must)
