Experience: 12 to 15 Years (At Least 5 Years Experience working in BPO / KPO / ITES)
Education Qualification: Full Time MBA / PGDBA in Human Resource.
Job Description:
- Provide Management, Leadership & direction to the HR Staff
- Talent acquisition and management, PMS
- Structure competitive compensation & benefits packages, and measure their success
- Learning and development, interventions, performance evaluation
- Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Drive the HR strategy and people plan. Align to business goals
- Plan & implement HR budgets
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies and best practices
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
- Prepare reports for Management using business metrics and KPIs
Key Skills:

- Ability to connect with Industry peers, outside recruitment consultants to achieve desired results
