AVP - Human Resources - BFSI

AVP HR will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee inquiries, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and vendor management.

- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other monthly deductions.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including new hires

- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Managing Tax investment proof collection and help employees to do their tax forecasting every month before cut-off date.

- Validate Fund request raised by the vendor for the payroll process for on roll and off roll employees.

- Ensures compliance with state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Job specific skills:

- Ability to establish effective relationship with relevant stake holders in the organization.

- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.

- Personal Drive and Coping with Pressure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with HGS payroll software
