Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performance management,

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Managing end to end recruitment
- Preliminary screening of candidates on telephone /face to face interview before additional rounds.
- Coordinating with department heads to close job positions as per defined schedule
- Experience in Recruitment for Senior and Middle-level jobs
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Managing complete on-boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks
- Drafting offer and appointment letters
- Develop a strategy for hiring and talent acquisition strategies
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise activities of team members
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
