JD:
- Enable the businesses to achieve their goals by aligning HR strategy with business strategy and provide quality and timely services. The role is responsible to ensure effective implementation of the HR initiatives and HR policies in the Sector to create a vibrant and performance driven culture.
- Manpower planning and budgeting.
- Implement recruitment policy, processes and monitor its adherence.
- Drive talent acquisition process & issue offers to the selected candidates for the positions in the Sector.
- Ensure orientation program is done for all the new joiners.
- Administer the PMS process as per schedule & guidelines
- Ensure correct processing of PMS data and present it with recommendations of promotions, salary corrections etc. to Corporate HR
- Analyse & present the training needs requirements from the PMS & talent talk
- Implement Talent Talk Process as per guidelines & draw a road map for career path and succession planning
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies.
- Devise and implement Employee Retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement.
- Resolve employee grievances and address their issues.
- Organize all employees connect events.
- Implement Employee Engagement Survey and Action plan as per guidelines
- Implement talent review process and guide & coach managers in their understanding and implementation in the sector.
- Drive the initiatives in the Business Sector to bring in a mind-set and culture change in coordination with Corporate HR to support the new business strategies
- Develop and monitor Annual HR budget
- Statutory Compliances & Liaising
