Responsibilities:

- Partner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Identify emerging trends and best practices in HR to drive innovation and improve organizational performance.

- Oversee the development and execution of long-term HR plans and initiatives.

- Lead the talent acquisition team to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.

- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.

- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations.

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure market competitiveness.

- Manage the annual performance review process.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Streamline HR processes and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency.

- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the HR team.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.

- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a global or multinational organization.

- Certification in HR (e.g., SPHR, PHR).

- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
