One of our reputed client is looking for Associate Vice President ( HR). The brief JD is given below:
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver comprehensive HR services to the business
- Employee Relations–overseeing/supervising the team in managing Employee Relations
- Execution/Implementation of the PMS–overseeing/supervising the implementation and adherence to PMS processes and timelines;
- Policy & Procedures – Implementation and compliance/adherence to new HR policies, procedures and processes;
- Employee Engagement – Driving the implementation and successful execution of all activities/events/drives planned in the Engagement Calendar
- Reward and Recognition – Ensuring the successful execution of various reward and recognition schemes ; participate in the ideation and conceptualization of these along with Senior Management
- Employee Communication – Ensures constant, consistent and timely communication to all
employees on various issues both, routine and special;
Skills required: (15+ yrs)
- Excellent communication skills
- Adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
- Proven maturity and experience in interacting with Senior Management
- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the team
- Ability to advising line managers on all aspects of people management and development.
- Strong understanding of the employment law and the ability to enforce compliance
