AVP - Human Resources

The AVP of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources function within the organization. The role involves strategic planning, leadership, and execution of HR programs and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to the executive team on HR-related matters.

- Lead the development of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote a positive work culture and align with industry best practices.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.

- Manage performance appraisal systems, employee training, and development plans.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.

- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and fostering a culture of open communication.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

HR Operations and Compliance:

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management, and record-keeping.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, data privacy, and workplace safety.

Organizational Development:

- Identify opportunities for organizational improvements and growth.

- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
