Job Description :
- Partner with Business and be a Strategic Advisor on HR fronts
- Understand the business requirements and recommend workable HR solutions by working closely with Business managers
- Drive Training & Development in the Business Unit by understanding and identifying the training needs and leverage the expertise of L&D team
- Communicate and reinforce the Nomura value proposition to employees through connect points
- Help managers to create Career Development opportunities by sharing employee and BU needs
- Drive HR Processes like Compensation, Performance Appraisal (Goal Setting / MYR / YE review), Talent Management and Advancement for respective Business Units
- Support the Division's hiring strategy by working with the Recruitment team
- Provide HR intelligence about competitors through various available sources and help business to act proactively for talent retention initiatives
- Provide clarity to all employees by effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the division
- Conduct stay interviews to enhance retention and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions
- Create and drive forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management
