Job Title : AVP - HRSS Transformation
Candidate Expectation and Roles and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in HR Process Transformation, Process Automation
- Should have hands on experience on the latest technologies in the process areas.
- Having knowledge of the Robotic Process Automations and ability to evaluate impact of the same on the processes.
- Having strong and hands-on process knowledge, wherein experience in driving large project would be advantageous.
- Experience in working with global client and understanding the cultural aspects influencing the work/activities.
- Ability to interact with Senior Stakeholders/CXOs of the client organization.
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues; formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
- Candidates Preferably from BPO Industry
- Flexible to work in global Working windows
