- This position would act as 1st line of support for the HR systems and act as a bridge between the business and the HRIT team. The candidate would also be required to manage Security Administration and System Maintenance activities.
- This position would also act as a Business Analyst for HR functions.
- The Business Analyst role will require the incumbent to obtain a good understanding of the HR applications in the organization. He/she would act as an advisor to the business to ensure optimum utilization of the systems as well as suggest new enhancements / improvements for better user experience.
Role & Responsibilities :
- System Expert - Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system functionalities.
- Provide solution to various system related issues / requirements by liaising with the functions and IT /Vendors.
- Manage effective channel of communication with all stakeholders.
- Relationship Management - Be the SPOC to liaise with the vendor for any issue/escalation related to system and support
- Work closely with the regional and global HRIS teams on various project related activities.
- Maintain setup related information's in various HR applications.
- Maintain Application Security for HR applications
- Provide general support to all stakeholders on HR applications.
- Work closely with operations/functional team and provide training and updates in regards to system changes.
- Testing of any changes to HR application.
- Create and Maintain documentations
Key Skills :
- 5-8 years of experience in working with HR applications with a minimum of 1-2 years on PeoleSoft HRMS application.
- Ability to understand and provide solutions to business requirements. Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with new systems / technologies and drive initiatives.
- Strong functional bent of mind. Good understanding of HR processes a plus point
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong planning, organizing & reviewing skills
- Ability to work with a varied set of individuals across levels
- Strong Decision Making & Influencing Skills
- Knowledge of various technologies for in-house built applications would be an added advantage.
