Job responsibilities:
- Drive overall HR Technology strategy, managing interdependencies and reviewing existing HR Technology landscape on an ongoing basis to deliver on the current and future needs of the organization
- Maintain and evolve HR Technology platforms and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance, administration, enhancements, and communication including managing releases/upgrades, developing project plans to leverage new features, and serving as primary subject matter expert for optimizing system design, configuration, and integration
- Partner across HR, Finance, IT, and the broader organization to drive streamlined management and delivery of employee-related data and systems
- Provide both a technical and business lens on HR vendor selection and management in service of maximizing return on investment in HR Technology
- Work in partnership with the IT Team to ensure HR Technology's integration to the core IT stack where applicable and leveraging enterprise-wide technology solutions where appropriate
- Lead approach for security, compliance, and controls within HRIS and integrations to adjacent systems ensuring audit readiness across our HR Technology tools, processes, and practices
- Support applicable due diligence and integration projects and activities related to mergers and acquisitions
- Address data and reporting needs from various internal and external stakeholders with a focus on data quality and governance.
- Understand HR Technology industry and trends/ best practices with a view of continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions where needed
- Provide consultation and tactical support on technology-related projects, issues, and escalations
- Build strong relationships with other HR teams and business stakeholders
- Manage the HR Technology team (2 to 3 members) with a focus on progressing toward goals, clarifying roles and responsibilities and providing an opportunity for team members to grow.
Qualifications
For this role, incumbent must have:
- At least 10 years of experience in the strategy, implementation, governance, and administration of a variety of human capital management systems/HR Technology; Oracle HCM expertise preferred
- Experience managing an HR Technology function and as a people manager, preferably leading HR Technology teams
- Demonstrated strengths in collaboration and influencing skills and ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
- Ability to listen and engage with empathy, communicate clearly, and present successfully to a variety of audiences
Preferred:
- Experience working in a company with an international footprint, and in a matrixed management environment highly preferred
