AVP HR -Operations - INTERNATIONAL BPO Company Based At Gurgaon.
Our client is looking for preferable MALE candidate (Because its a BPO Company and 24x7 shift timings)
KRA's : -
Manage different processes (with SLAs and audit points) in ERC, related to employee life-cycle. These include on-boarding, exits, background verification, payroll administration etc.
- Be the SPOC for ERC related escalations and exception approvals on different process SLAs
- Manage staffing and compliance vendors – on SLAs, cost etc. Evaluate vendors periodically on performance parameters, do vendor consolidation, end the current contracts, enter into new contracts as required
- Liaison with Asia Legal Team on all matters of legal and statutory importance.
- Ensure that the Organisation is completely compliant on all state and national labour laws.
- Own management and employee communication on any law and order situation in any center. Manage dawn raids/labour inspection for all the centers.
- Liaison with Finance team to manage yearly audits from our external auditors.
- Ensure that data required from ERC team (on leave accrual, overtime etc) is supplied to Finance team on time.
- Be the SPOC for automation in new areas like payroll, time and attendance tracking and PeoplePortal enhancements. Be the SPOC for maintenance of Leave Management System (i.e. time off tracking tool)
- Be the custodian of all HR policies in India - Leave Policy, Overtime Policy, Employee Referral Policy, Background Check Policy, HOH policy. Draft and design HR policies in India and revise the same as per need.
Education : MBA in HR with at least 10 years of experience.
