- Review and improve existing process in various areas of HR Operations viz., offer letter release, onboarding, employee data management, benefits, exit management, payroll, statutory compliance etc.
- Study and understand key repeat issues highlighted in periodic audit reports to define vulnerable areas and review applicable processes and controls to ensure audit observations are addressed through Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Evaluate and deploy automation and system controls to ensure that HR Operation processes are error-free and simple to use.
- Prepare process notes and process flow documentation as per the Bank's guidelines on any new HR processes that are introduced (or) basis changes in HR policies.
- Work closely with HR Technology to ensure robust system changes and controls are implemented to strengthen the processes.
