Core Responsibilities

KPIs : Threshold rates of Retention, Employee Satisfaction And Average cost of hiring

As the Head of HR, you would be expected to develop and implement HR process/policies across diverse teams. And across multiple geographic locations in India. Also will anchor and achieve primary HR metrics - Threshold rates of retention, Employee Satisfaction And Average cost of hiring.

- Lead the HR Function to ensure a high level of support to the business teams through effective and timely implementation of HR processes and policies.

- Execute cross-functional programs and initiatives designed to support employee engagement initiatives and improve performance, productivity and reducing attrition rate.

- Understand the business environment, and the business priorities at department levels to facilitate effective HR and Administrative support to the respective business, functional leadership teams.

- Contribute to the development, implementation of procedures and processes aimed at ensuring a high standard of delivery and continuous improvement of the service.

- Ensure effective utilization of HR Budget and implementation of measures to drive cost optimization.

- Ensure adherence to the Talent Acquisition SLAs, manage and implement recruitment campaigns, as per the requirement with focus on quality & time and budgetary requirements.

- Ensure timely execution of Performance Appraisal Systems and ensure adherence to approved time lines for Annual PMS Closure, Promotions & Compensation Review and Implementing of R&R programs.

- Ensure implementation of a succession planning process and career development programs.

- Execute a strategy in the compensation/benefits area consistent with the organization’s guidelines.

- Updating staff on organizational issues through internal communications like e-mail updates and newsletters builds the sense of team and their value to the team

- Support the business priorities through desired HR Support in form of resources and people processes.

- Identify learning and development needs, design initiatives and consult with the departmental leadership in the development of programs.

- Design, Manage & Organize for various employee engagement initiatives such as, monthly celebrations, reward and recognition programs etc.

- Ensure implementation of HR process and statutory compliance in line with Corporate strategy.

Desired profile:

- A 2 year full time course in HR(MBA/PGDM) is a prerequisite. Should be from one of the IIM's or from XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis or MDI Gurgaon.

- Professional HR experience of 5+years.

- Must have a strong background in HR policy and practice; with a strong emphasis in employee relations.

- Willing to work in a dynamic 24*7 environment

- Must be willing to travel to zones and work in a Matrix Relationship Environment.

- Fun, energetic and collaborative personality with self-starter approach to work

- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Admin would be added advantage.

Education

- FULL TIME COURSE IN HR ( MBA/PGDM) FROM ONE OF THE IIM'S,XLRI, SYMBIOSIS
