Job description:
Job Purpose-
- The role is responsible for ensuring various statutory compliances related to employment laws, and carrying on contract labor compliance and establishment compliance
- Advising on all matters pertaining to employer-employee related issues in the organization and giving subject matter expertise on issues related to employment law in the organization.
Managerial Responsibilities :
- Managing daily activities of the team and resolving any issues in the routine affairs
- Driving team to achieve set timelines of all statutory payouts, required registrations and other SLA related to Benefits ( ESIC & PF)
- Periodically reviewing and monitoring targets of the team and vendors
Functional Responsibilities :
- Ensuring timely statutory payouts and filing of returns and registers with respect to 56 labour laws applicable to the 50 + entities of Company
- Enforcement of labour law compliance with 60+ manpower vendors across all SBUs / LOBs and entities of Company
- Monitoring all activities related to Shops & Establishments Acts pan India for Company (procurement, amendment, cancellation, and surrender of Shop Act licenses & trade licenses)
- Identifying the risks the organization faces due to certain non-compliance in the organization related to HR Compliances and finding ways and means to eliminate the risk
- Handling notices, summons, inspections and all other legal actions pertaining to labor and employment laws
- Designing processes related to all HR Operations wherein adherence to labor laws is required
Qualifications : MBA - HR /Post Graduate
Experience : 10 to 17 years
