Looking for a creative HR Business Partner who embodies excitement and passion. The individual will be strong in collaborating with managers and associates to embed the people strategy in the organization. This role requires someone who can turn ideas into reality and deliver initiatives with substantive business impact.

You will report to the India Head of HR and will work closely to curate and execute the Business aligned HR strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand the strategic direction of the business units you support; co-author and execute an annual plan to meet
the business needs (like organization design, skills and capabilities required, partnering with TA to be on top of hiring
etc.)

- Makes strong trusting relationships with the business unit managers/associates and have the ability to leverage those relationships to diagnose and coach towards building team effectiveness.

- Works closely with the Head of HR to design & drive organizational effectiveness interventions (culture, collaboration,
communication, performance management, engagement, attrition etc.)

- Identifies and coaches to solve problems, leveraging resources such as our HR Centers of Excellence; designs and
quickly implements relevant and easily-adaptable solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.

- Brings experience and expertise to coach managers make decisions about talent including talent reviews, succession
planning, development and moving talent around the organization.

- Educates business managers of internal people trends which impacts the strategy.

- Keeps abreast of relevant HR practices externally.

Experience and Skills

- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (full time 2 years) from a premier institute or a degree in Organization Psychology is a
must.

- 7 - 8 years of relevant work experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast paced matrixed organization covering the
aspects mentioned in the role & responsibilities.

- Experience working in a high-tech or a Product firm, entrepreneurial environment

- Strong in designing of interventions/frameworks and execution.

- Be comfortable in a matrix organization.

- Execution champion - focuses and ensures closure without compromising on quality of the output. Raises / flags issues
as necessary and moves forward with a solutioning approach
