AVP - HRBP
Our client is a renowned, Indian brokering and investment banking company founded in 1926. One of the largest debt capital market in India. The company has its headquarters in Mumbai. It has 14 offices nationwide and international presence in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Understanding Manpower requisition and drafting Job Description of all jobs across the organization.
- Ensuring Mapping of all positions by TA team.
- Coordinating interviews with various stakeholders and ensuring all SAPs are followed during the recruitment process.
- Ensuring Background Verification and Reference Checks are completed for all associates
- Induction & On boarding
- Ensuring engagement with the candidate once the offer is rolled out until joining
- Responsible for planning and coordination the induction of new joinee with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensuring all logistics are including admin/IT arrangement are met before joining
- Handholding during the first few months
Employee Engagement:
- Conceptualize & communicate engagement activities & Fun @ Work programs and execute the same on monthly basis
- Execute reward & recognition programs
- Conduct Quarterly dip-stick surveys and provide analytics. Conduct daily reviews with the team.
- All data / MIS related to engagement to be updated on regular basis and shared with the management.
Performance Management:
- Assist in goal setting process and ensure every associate in the organization has a KRA document.
- Assist in performance review process, ensuring all review forms are filled accurately and timely.
- Ensure follow up with all associates.
- Assist in the talent review process and ensure all data related to Performance Management are updated.
- Assist in reviews and discussions to closure
- Process owner of Employee Loading & Outsourcing
- Database of Sub-Consultant
- Vet requirement for outsourcing
- Background checks of vendor
- Quote Comparison
- Suggest for Approval
Note:
- We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in infrastructure advisory hiring.
- We are looking for candidates who are from Infra Consulting/ Engineering/EPC.
- This role is TA (50%)+ HRBP(50%).
