We're hiring for the role of AVP - HR Business Partner - Return to work - General Insurance Company.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Agile Process; Bench Strength; Target 95% on board H/C at all times
- Monitor Early Attrition (90 Days; 180 Days); Develop strategies to minimize
- Develop strategies to maximize Early Success (First 90 Days)
2. Training
- Develop Training Curriculum and Methodology
- Work with L&D team to deliver training - Measure Adherence and Results
3. Development
- Work with Business Teams on Company's platform - Monitor results
- Evaluate Growth Path for FLS - Monitor progress; Identify high potential FLS for focused development
4. Engagement
- Plan and conduct monthly Townhalls with FLS; Identify top issues impacting productivity and morale; Work with leadership to resolve
- Plan Branch Level Reward and Recognition strategy for FLS
5. Strategic Projects
- Undertake projects as per need of the Organization.
Key Requirements - Experience and Skills:
1. Worked as Business HR with MBA HR degree
2. Fair in communication and engaging people
3. Understanding of data and draw inferences
4. Minimum 9+ years of experience
