Job Description :
Mandatory Skills :
- Must have experience as HRBP any Line of Business.
- Must be from KPO / BPO/ ITES firm.
- Having strong strategic Role - Business knowledge in terms of P&L, Margin etc
- Ready to work in Noida
KRAs :
- Partnering with business & external vendors to acquire world class talent across industries.
- Utilize alternate channels of hiring like LinkedIn and other social networking sites to reduce cost per hire.
- Analysing hiring data for Dashboard presentation on the effectiveness & efficiency metrics.
- Liaison with internal stake holders for business specific requirements
Skills Must have :
- Must be from KPO / BPO / ITES firm., Must have experience as HRBP experience
Working Days : 5 Days a week
