- Generalist HR with MBA HR degree with 10-15 years exp from services, retail, telecom bfsi , pharma or fmcg background experienced in handling employee relations and IR matters at plant level of a very large employee based organization in Individual capacity , knowledge of labour laws and legislation , dealing with unions also handling corporate hr functions well versed with all the verticals will be an ideal fit
