The role will be heading the HR functions of the concerned business unit(s) and will be designing the frameworks and strategies that will support the business growth.
Expectations of the job :
- Designing communication framework: Managing changes/ policies
- Interactions and networking : with leaders/ skip levels / managing escalations
- Orientation/On-boarding : Addressing the joiners/ One to one with senior level joiners
- Rewards and Recognition : Working closely with the business on finalizing the nominations/ monitoring the R&R budget/ carrying out the Awards function
- Manage performance review : Orientating the people managers/ deciding on the bell curve/ managing exemptions
- Retention of high potential : Reviewing the attrition trends and drawing summaries/ advising the business on retention strategies/ career discussions
- Reviewing the performance improvement plans and leading discussions
- Exit Management : Exit interviews of senior levels/ watching the trends/advising business
- Recruitment ; Headcount estimates/ working with the recruitment team on senior level hiring/ interviews of senior candidates/ working with C&B to finalize on the CTC
- HR Policies : Keeping in touch with the latest industry trends/ periodic policy reviews
- Counselling : Managing escalations
- Review of reports and statistics
- Point of interaction for business leaders
- Team events : Initiating team events that are relevant to the business units
