About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank providing a wide range of financial services across corporate, investment and retail banking. With a strong global presence and a strong foothold in the APAC and Indian market, they are looking for an AVP - HRBP for their team in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head HR for the Business Unit of Investment Banking Operations, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end to end HR activities for ~1200 employees across India

- Partnering closely with senior business leaders in achieving business goals

- Strategizing and implementing end to end performance management for employees across the business unit

- Identifying high potential employees and working on succession planning

- Identifying training needs and partnering closely with the learning team to work on assessment centres, leadership development etc.

- Managing end to end HR Operations, risk, compliance for the business

The Successful Candidate - You will come with 9-12 years of experience, having worked in a business HR role with an MNC Investment Bank only. Exposure to managing 1000+ employees in a matrixed organization is desired. MBA from a premier business school coupled with strong communication & presentation skills.
