About our Client - Our client is an established integrated securities firm with strategic focus on corporate financial and advisory services to clientèle in India, US and UK. They have a presence in more than 50 cities in India and a huge customer base of more than 1 million.

Job Description - Reporting into the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, your responsibilities would entail:

- Working with a team of HR Business Partners to align business strategies with the business goals and objectives

- As an HR business partner, your projects will encompass the entire gamut of HR activities ranging from compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises, designing and driving the performance management initiatives, talent management and a strong focus on talent acquisition as well

- Working in a very dynamic environment, you will be partnering with the business and will be the single point of contact between the business and the line HR to ensure that HR is indirectly contributing to the bottom lines of the business.

The Successful Candidate - As an ideal candidate you have an MBA from one of the top B-schools and you carry minimum 8 years of work experience. Having worked with a financial services sector, you have the capability to drive positive change and spearhead new projects. Experience in the retail brokerage segment is desired. Along with excellent communication and relationship management skills, you are assertive and have great business acumen.
