We have an immediate requirement for the positions in AVP Level HR – Business Partner at Jaipur

Education: Required MBA having 10-15 yrs exp in Core Buiseness HR Generalist HR

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for working closely with assigned Business Unit and location leadership team, line management

- Provides consultative support to Corporate HR & Business HR

- Recognizes, collaborates to define and articulates complex problems/issues related to HR programs and practices delivered to line management

- Helps to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture

- Responsible for centralized HR activities like Headcount Management, HR MIS Reporting etc

- Understand basic consulting methodology and enable to understand client needs, requirements, gaps, to provide recommendations, advice, and guidance in your area of expertise
