About our Client:

Our client is a leading multinational financial services provider and offer services across investment banking, risk, financial advisory, private banking etc. With a very strong presence in India and their Global HR Shared Service set up based in Pune, they are looking for an HR Business manager to support the Global Head of HR Shared Services for the Bank.

Job Description: Reporting into the Global Head of HR Shared Services, your responsibilities will include:

- Involvement as the trusted advisor to the Head of HRSC in setting of the overall strategic direction, people agenda, and day-to-day operating activities of the function

- Single point of contact in the center for all risk, cost, head count and budget related matters for the center

- Manage the Business Management Office, Conceptualize and drive overall risk agenda including weekly SOX obligations, sign-off in various global systems, preparation for internal audits and compliance requirements

- Shape and manage the financial agenda of the Pune HRSC, including budgeting, forecasting so as to drive fact-based decision making, cost management, cost approvals / exceptions and prioritization of initiatives around deployment

- Support the HRSC Pune Head and interact with stakeholders across regions and Overall responsibility to lead and manage all deployment projects for HRSC

- Management of special projects, contribution to strategic programs including business cases and investment plans for large scale projects

- Facilitation of management meetings, stakeholder visits and off sites; preparation of town halls and other presentations

- Fostering close collaboration of the division's various business management functions globally Interactions with Opinion Leaders and senior stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 8-12 years of experience in human resources, preferably with a business background.

- Exposure to HR Risk / process improvement is key for this role. We are looking for someone who has had exposure to creating presentations based on HR processes
