Job Opening for AVP, HR Analytics, Credit, Performance Marketing & Risk for a reputed finance based company - Hyd
ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
- The AVP - Human Resources will be the HR Business Partner responsible for tactical and strategic Human Resources leadership supporting multiple functions including Credit, Analytics, Risk and Performance Marketing client groups in India.
- This role will be responsible for providing partnership to site functional leadership across the independent functions and will support the people strategy for the business. This is an individual contributor role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Senior Management and people managers to provide strategic direction and delivery related to organizational design, recruiting, succession management, talent management and development, employee relations matters, resource planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Provide an assessment on current and future employee potential; complete comprehensive Talent Reviews and succession plans; identify and be aware of potential Talent at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure that organizational talent needs are fulfilled in line with their growth objectives, innovate talent engagement and retention strategies.
- Provide support to drive culture change, to meet longer term business goals, strategies, and revenue targets.
- Develop/implement comprehensive staffing plans for the business and partners with the internal staffing organization to develop a candidate pipeline.
- Consult with client organization's management in aligning performance management and reward recommendations.
- Partner with C&B to periodically review compensation ranges & market studies, based on skill & job types and recommend pay structure revisions.
- Work with stakeholders and recruitment team to maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Act as liaison between HR, management, and employees regarding HR policies/procedures; lead investigations and manage conflict resolution.
- Develop employee communications and management coaching.
- Develop, implement, and measure programmatic initiatives to meet organization goals.
- Create and deliver upon appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment and make meaningful recommendations on transforming the way, we work.
- Support appropriate change management plans as required.
- Implement and monitor adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource-related policies, procedures, and practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Sound knowledge of local labour laws and government requirements.
- An organized approach to work, with a flair for problem solving and the ability to prioritize while working across multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies processes & practices.
DESIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Master's Degree in HR from an accredited university
- The individual should have the stature and credibility to command respect and acceptance and be able to deal with organizational complexity and matrixed structures (local and global) by being a strong influencer.
- Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and act on business priorities.
- Resourceful, innovative, persuasive. Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with high-level business and operations leaders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to successfully understand HR practices and identify improvement opportunities, build consensus, and drive implementation.
- An organized approach to work, with a flair for problem solving and the ability to prioritize while working across multiple projects.
- Strong conflict resolution skills & ability to work independently; manage competing priorities & meet tight deadlines.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, influencing and problem-solving skills.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Graduate/PG Degree with 6+ years of experience in Employee relations management or other functions such as compensation, benefits EEO and/or staffing or 8+ years of experience in lieu of the Graduate degree.
WORK TIMINGS: The role requires the incumbent to be available between 03:30 PM - 09:00 PM
IST. The remaining hours are flexible, and will typically not exceed 11:00 PM IST
