Experience : 15-25 years (Post MBA) - Experience of leading HR processes, management of internal and external environment in a large manufacturing set up.
Job Description : ----
1. Leading, planning and facilitating HR processes to enhance the commitment and capabilities to meet the short and long term goals of the company.
2. Manpower plan for Projects and Operations Identification, analysis and recommendation of people perspective to achieve Business goals .
3. HR processes as per different needs for manufacturing units, related to the requirement from the top level to the cell line operators and delivery staff, customer service and sales training.
4. Identify & propose to the Senior Management new HR initiatives & OD activities aimed at attracting and retaining talent/performers.
5. Identify talent gaps and filling them with the most suitable candidate.
6. Effective implementation of PMS for the Management and Non- Management Staff.
7. Review and action planning on area of concern and developmental needs plans.
8. Growth Opportunities to people from within wherever possible .
9. Developing and enabling implementation of policies and practices for creating a culture of trust .
10. Ensure implementation of Corporate programs and initiatives.
