Job Description :

- Managing 2 Portfolio Team Managers between two locations and 20 highly skilled Fund accountants at various grades with the entrant experience of Min 5+ years.

Major business responsibilities Includes:

- Reviewing Critical NAVs, Client Calls, managing Onshore escalations, New Business Creation

- Finalizing SLA, Baseline, S.O.W and other migrations documents before go live of funds

- Monitor employee productivity and optimize procedure to reduce cost

- Maximized deliver time and efficiency by revamping procedures and workloads

- Increased productivity by 20% whilst simultaneously reducing head count by 10%

- Major Transformations responsibilities include Recruitments, T&D, Drafting SLD's, Toll gate Reviews, Baselining for existing business, Project Draft Initiation and Finalization, Reviewing Compliance and Legal Documents, Client/Onshore business Review Calls etc.

- Setting-up COE in Pune and Chennai location to download further critical functions in alternate business

- Strategical planning and allocation of resources for Cross regional and Alternate site recovery across multiple locations globally.

- Handling Audit queries and enhancing internal controls for process improvement
