About our Client - Our client is a leading player with a global presence in the banking space. With a strong foothold of over a century in India, they are looking to add an AVP for their Hedge Fund Accounting operations, based out of the Kolkata office.

Job Description - Reporting to the Vice President, your key responsibilities include:

- Managing the accounting and operational processes for the funds to meet or exceed service level agreements.

- Financial planning to achieve cost targets set for the team.

- Promoting relentless focus on service quality across Fund Accounting operational disciplines.

- Continuous process improvements for existing processes and migration of new functions from the onshore business partner.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, of which at least 6 years consist of Hedge Fund Accounting experience. The incumbent needs to have strong team handling and people management skills.
