Job Description :
1.The position holder will be responsible for owning complete sales strategy for Client acquisition business to growth sales and productivity.
2.Responsible for managing all the Sales enablement & Go to market strategy for Inhouse & channel sales team of 6000+ people for Client Acquisition business unit
3.Responsible for data analysis, business modelling to identify different levers for business growth through internal and external stakeholders
4. Responsible to analyze various sales productivity & efficiency levers and enable sales team for better functioning, reduce cost of acquisition and smooth operations.
5. Working with the cross functional teams for smooth functioning of inhouse / channel partners / Distributors in terms of onboarding, training, commission model and ROI
6.Managing a team of program & product managers, Business analysts to drive various initiatives, schemes, programs for sales organization.
7.The role would work closely with the 3rd party agencies for conceptualizing & execution of programs in automations, channel engagement, training, DSA pay-outs etc.
Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience Sale Enablement roles / GTM from E-Commerce / Telecom / FMCG / FMCD / Start-up industries.
- Graduate (B.Tech Preferred) + MBA from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred

Attributes:
- Self-Driven and high on ownership
