AVP/Head - Operations - Financial Institution

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com.) / Post Graduate / Any professional qualification

Team management and a good decision-maker

Experience: 9-12 years in any bank / NBFC / HFC / Financial Institution

Key Requirements

- Responsible to manage the loan management systems including but not limited to posting of accounting entries into the retail & wholesale customers loan account, posting of receipts, bank reconciliations, etc.

- Responsible for all the operation processes related after the loan is disbursed till such time the loan becomes a non-performing loan or gets closed

- Own the banking processes related to the presentation of E-mandates, returns, reconciliation etc.

- Create & implement processes to share the information on a timely basis with the relevant stakeholders

- TAT & Quality Management

- Control & adherence to processes and policies

- Timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, year-end closing of loan management systems

- Flag off serious process violation

Skills, Qualification & Experience:

- Should be proficient in working on lending systems used by financial institutions

- Knowledge of managing loan management system and customer interaction

- Incumbent should be hands on experienced in above-stated Job description.

- Good oral and written communication skills.
