Position will be responsible for Leadership development across geographies, be accountable for entire L&D function, and coach training team in designing and delivering effective and relevant behavioral courses across rank and file. Position will work very closely with Head of HR and Executive leadership team in the space of organization development and planning org level interventions to facilitate future growth and change.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
I. Analyzing Development needs for various leadership layers, right up to senior management team, keeping in mind business and geo diversity.
II. Conceptualizing developmental / training plans at the organizational level to meet business requirements; aligning them with service standards that drive business results.
III. Managed Talent through - succession planning at critical leadership layers and Assessment / Development centers.
IV. Identification of critical and high impact learning areas from clients- perspective and pro-active plan to groom and develop all levels of leadership.
V. Establish and ensure implementation of Career progression framework for team members across business verticals.
VI. Defining budgets/ financial parameters within which learning programs must be executed.
VII. Annual Review of Behavioral competencies and mapping of roles as the organization matures.
VIII. Responsible for sourcing and evaluating vendors for various areas of learning, within the scope of budget and defined quality standards.
IX. Constantly work on enhancing capabilities of other functional leaders and managers
X. Engage with industry bodies for relevant domain certifications
XI. Engage with educational institutions to build education programs to enhance skill sets and drive retention
XII. Responsible for audit and compliance of the training process.
XIII. Other projects & responsibilities as identified and created basis organizational needs
