Head - Digital - (Process improvement and digitalization of Operations
Role: Head Digital
Grade: (AVP)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 14-18 years of relevant experience
Industry: With a well renowned Life Insurance company
Role :
- Work on Process improvement with Digitization for various Business Functions with special focus on improvement of Operation processes
- Understand best Digital Practises in the BFSI industry - specifically in Life Insurance
- Update the IT Team and relevant Senior Management on such practises
- Specifically on Operational Efficiency, Customer Experience, Cost Savings, Sales Enhancement
- Help in implementation of identified Digital projects for the year
- Process Documentation
- Organize/Lead stakeholder discussions
- Get requisite sign-offs from Management
- Track timelines and ensure fulfilment on time and within budget
- Ensure various Digital initiatives are aligned to the overall Company Strategy
- Lead initiatives around Cloud Migration and Integration with Eco System ( (start-ups, incubators, educational institutions etc)
Desired Experience :
Technical:
- Project Management
- Agile Methodology/Scrum/DevOps
- Cloud Migration
- RPA for Process Improvement/AI/Machine Learning
- Basic knowledge of Programming
- Tools for Project Management (Jira/MS Projects others)
- The candidate need not have all Technical skill sets mentioned above. However, basic understanding and experience in the same is desired
Soft Skills :
- Vendor Management/Negotiations, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Coaching
Experience - Around 15 years
- This position will not have any direct team members reporting into it.
