AVP - Group Strategy - BFSI - IIM/IIT/FMS/ISB

Role :

- Similar to an 'in house' consulting team, you will be developing strategy and thought leadership expertise for bespoke, high-value opportunities across all areas of the bank

- Work as part of a team that advises Group Executives and the Board in making informed decisions on the most pressing business challenges and opportunities facing us. Selected projects include:

- Market assessments

- Improving operational efficiency across products and geographies

- New business development

- Conduct qualitative analyses

- Solving group strategy projects/ new business opportunities/ corporate strategy oriented which are global projects

- Working with very senior stakeholder while being based out of Noida / Mumbai

- Travelling is not required for project / client delivery

AVP: MBA from IIM /IIT / FMS /ISB

Min 2.5 yrs MBB (McKinsey, Bain,BCG) to max 4 years consulting experience

Strategy&, OliverWayman, RolandBerger

AM :

IIT / IIM (A, B, C, L, I) / FMS (from MBB : McKinsey, Bain, BCG)

2 years in front end office and not in research center
